Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of co-shopper.ai (the “Site”) and any waitlist or beta access that Co-Shopper provides. The Site is operated by Co-Shopper Inc., located in Ottawa, ON.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to join the waitlist or participate in the beta program.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems without authorization. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or using the Site for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and technology on the Site are owned by Co-Shopper or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

Beta program

Beta access is provided on an invite-only basis. Features may change or be discontinued at any time. Feedback you provide may be used to improve Co-Shopper without compensation.

Disclaimer

The Site and beta services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Co-Shopper and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or beta services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
